ALBION will fully support striker Jay Rodriguez after the FA confirmed it will investigate allegations made against him by Brighton full back Gaetan Bong.
The Brighton player reported Jay to match official Martin Atkinson for a verbal comment made during Saturday's 2-0 Baggies victory at the Hawthorns.
Albion Director of Football Administration Richard Garlick said: “The club will co-operate fully with the FA throughout this investigation and, as has been indicated from the outset, remains fully supportive of Jay.
“We will not be making any further comment at this stage."
