ALBION have successfully appealed Jay Rodriguez’s sending-off against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
The Club’s claim of wrongful dismissal was this evening upheld by an Independent Regulatory Commission. As a result the red card has been rescinded.
The three-game suspension has been removed with immediate effect and Rodriguez is available to play in Albion's New Year's Day clash at Blackburn Rovers.
The 29-year-old was dismissed for violent conduct in the 63rd minute of Albion’s 1-1 draw at The Hawthorns.
