DARREN Moore says his Albion side deserved a share of the spoils after they came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Liverpool.
Danny Ings and Mohamed Salah put the Reds two ahead at The Hawthorns before Jake Livermore’s strike and a late Salomon Rondon header earned the battling Baggies a point.
“It was an electric game today, certainly for a neutral it would have been a wonderful match to watch,” said Darren.
“I’m really pleased with the team, I’m really pleased with the whole club and I’m really pleased that everybody came together and we got a positive result against a very good team.
“We were on the back foot for the first five minutes but I thought after that we grew into the game, we trusted our shape and even when they got the second goal we kept fighting and kept going.
“I’m really, really delighted with the support and pleased that they kept us going.
“We’ve earned that result, and when I say we I mean everybody, by pulling together today against a very good team."
