Rodriguez: "I'm really enjoying myself at Albion"

SUMMER signing Jay Rodriguez is loving life at Albion and insists he is still improving all the time as a player.

The forward, who arrived from Southampton in early July, is one of only two Baggies players to have started all seven league and cup matches this season, alongside Craig Dawson.

He has already found the net twice and contributed with a series of impressive displays.

And Jay is thoroughly enjoying his time at The Hawthorns.

"It's been very easy to settle in from the first day, the lads have made me feel really welcome and it was so good to feel that," he said.

"Just to get to work with the lads has been amazing so far and I'm really enjoying myself."

Rodriguez, 28, also insists there is plenty more to come from him as he continues to develop and improve each day.

"To play games consistently, to feel important and to keep improving as a player is the main aim for myself," he added.

"As long as I keep working hard and that consistently is there then I feel I will improve.

"It's been great, I've really enjoyed it so far and I've only just started.

"If you stop learning football I think that's when you finish and you can't carry on improving.

"For me, you've got to keep taking in as much as you can - learning, improving every day in training. Definitely I'm improving."
