"It's a life-changing experience"

Recently founded charity, Inspire Afrika, held an information evening at The Hawthorns to promote the work they do in an effort to gain volunteers for their latest African adventure.

Working in Nakuru, Kenya's fourth largest town, the team improves facilities and education standards in the area.

"There's a lot of satisfaction, it's hard to describe until you've met the children," said Sallyann Wright, co-founder of Inspire Afrika.

"They've got nothing, yet they're the happiest children you will ever meet."

"It's such a fulfilling experience, it's a life-changing experience," said Neil Burns, co-founder of Inspire Afrika.

"When you see the difference between what they have and what we have you couldn't fail to not want to do it."
