AT the recent Manchester City game, we launched “Years of the Throstle” a new, limited edition, book that covers Albion’s history from the earliest right up to the end of last season.
Featuring a season by season layout, each campaign is covered in depth and accompanied by a team photo and league table from the season. Across 256 pages, this is the story of Albion as one of the greatest clubs in the land.
The book is strictly limited to 1,878 numbered copies and costs £18.78 plus postage & packing. We’ve been inundated with orders and they are selling very quickly, so if you want to reserve your copy, you’ll need to get in quick.
They are being sold on a strictly first come, first served basis, and if you order before November 28th, you can have your name in the book too. Books will be sent out in early December, well in time for Christmas.
All proceeds from the book will go to the Download Albion archive project, dedicated to preserving the club’s heritage for future generations.
