MATCH PREVIEW: Swansea City v Albion

All the info ahead of the final game

ALBION's Premier League season comes to an end on Sunday with a trip to the Liberty Stadium to face Swansea City (ko 3pm).

The opposition

After Hull City's defeat to Crystal Palace last weekend, the Swans are now assured of Premier League football next season. And so impressive has been their revival since the turn of the year, Paul Clement finds himself on the shortlist for the Barclays Manager of the Season. Clement's 38% win ratio has seen his side pick up 26 points from 19 games. The Swans will be able to enjoy the occasion against the Baggies.

Last time out

Salomon Rondon ran riot at The Hawthorns when the sides last met in December. The Venezuelan became only the third player to score a headed hat-trick in the Premier League as Albion recorded a 3-1 win.

Stats

15 of Albion's goals in the Premier League this season have come from corners (37%).

Gylfi Sigurdsson has eight Premier League assists in 2017, a league high.

From the archive

Stephane Sessegnon and Youssouf Mulumbu were on target as Albion came from behind to give Pepe Mel his first win as Baggies boss in March 2014. And what a crucial win it was.

Head to head

The Baggies and the Swans have met just 38 times in history. Albion have won 14 and drawn eight.
