The Albion Foundation Stars award winners

A night of celebration at The Hawthorns

THE Hawthorns played host to a night of celebration at the Albion Foundation ‘Albion Stars’ event last night.

Held to commemorate the Foundation’s 25 years of charity work, the awards evening recognised the incredible work done within the Club’s community over the past quarter century. 

Chris Brunt was awarded for his work within the local community over the past ten years, while ‘Blind Dave’ Heeley was given freedom of The Hawthorns for his incredible fundraising work for the Foundation. 

Paul Hunt was instrumental in setting up the charity’s Disability Department and received special recognition for his work within the community for people with disabilities.
