JOIN The Albion Foundation and Black Country legend 'Blind Dave' Heeley at the fun-packed Sandwell Valley Country Park 'Colour Fun Run'.
Sponsored by London Midland, the unique five-kilometre untimed colour race takes place on Saturday, July 22 and works in partnership with the Shape Youth Festival.
Runners will be doused from head to toe in different colours along the route to celebrate healthiness, happiness, individuality and community spirit.
We encourage people of all abilities to take part.
You can walk, crawl, skip or run - even in fancy costumes - while following the scenic route.
