Phillips and Robson-Kanu out of Foxes clash

Baggies host Premier League champions on Saturday

MATT Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu will both miss Saturday's Premier League fixture against Leicester City due to injury.

The pair sustained hamstring injuries in training this week and have been ruled out of the clash against the Foxes at The Hawthorns (ko 3pm).

And Albion head coach Tony Pulis admits the pair will also be big doubts for next weekend's trip to Burnley.

"Matty Philips is going to be struggling and Hal, which is disappointing for us," said Pulis.

"It's really then putting a team together that we think will give the best showing against Leicester.

"They'll both miss this game and the following week I should imagine.

"It's disappointing but picking up any injuries in training is disappointing, to get two in one day was bad luck for us in lots of respects.

"We've done very, very well this year injury-wise so it's bit of a blow for us, especially in respect of forwards because we wanted to keep them fit as much as possible."
