West Bromwich Albion are looking for dynamic individuals to work for the catering and hospitality departments on a home matchday at The Hawthorns.
Positions that are available for the 2016/17 season are:
Catering Kiosk Assistants
Catering Post-match Cleaners
Hospitality Bar Service Staff
Hospitality Food Service Staff
Hospitality Kitchen Porters
Reporting to your area manager, you will demonstrate professionalism and courtesy to customers and colleagues alike and be responsible for delivery of exceptional customer service.
When working as a part of a team or individually you will demonstrate initiative, the ability to be proactive and have the desire to exceed all customer expectations.
High standards of personal presentation are essential for any of the above roles. Full training will be provided to enable you to meet our exceptionally high standards of food and beverage service whilst working within the Health & Safety and Food acts.
A recruitment day will be held at The Hawthorns on Saturday 8th October between 10.30am and 1.30pm.
