January & February DDR Offer

BUSINESSES can hold their event at The Hawthorns during the months of January and February 2017 at a specially discounted Day Delegate Rate (DDR).

With a wide range of function rooms available; from Executive Boxes overlooking the pitch, ideal for small meetings, to our Richardson Suite capable of hosting 300 delegates; The Hawthorns is the ideal venue for you to host your next event.

The usual Day Delegate Rate for events at The Hawthorns is £36 + VAT, but for events held during the promotional time period the rate is just £30 + VAT per person, a saving of £6 per person. 

Our standard DDR package includes:

• Main meeting room hire (8am – 6pm)

• Arrival tea, coffee, orange juice, mini Danish pastries or fresh fruit

• Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits

• Two course finger buffet or fork lunch

• Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes or fresh fruit

• Mineral water and sweets

• Conference pads and pens

• Flipchart with pad and pens

• 6ft tripod screen
