Defender heading to Portugal
JAMES Chester has been named in Wales’ 28-man training squad for this summer’s UEFA Euro 2016 tournament in France.
The Baggies defender will head off to Portugal’s Algarve with his national side following the conclusion of the Barclays Premier League season, as Chris Coleman looks to finalise his plans.
The Wales boss must decide on a final 23-man squad by Tuesday, June 1.
Wales face Slovakia in their opening Group B fixture in Bordeaux on June, 11th before taking on England in Lens on June, 16th.
Coleman’s men tackle Russia in Toulouse on June, 20th in their final group game.
