Sandro completes loan move

Albion have option to buy in the summer

ALBION have completed the loan signing of Queens Park Rangers midfielder Sandro.

The 26-year-old, who has won 17 caps for Brazil, agreed terms after undergoing a medical at the Club's training ground earlier today.

Sandro will stay with Albion for the remainder of this season, with an option to buy in the summer.

He will wear shirt No.30.

"I spoke to the manager and was impressed," said Sandro.

"This is a big club and I feel happy to be here and very happy to be back in the Premier League.

"I believe I have a lot to offer.

"It was my first day today and I'm looking forward to being part of this family.

"As a player I play with my heart, I give all I can on the pitch - all the time I want to win the ball and play the ball.

"I hope the fans will see the best of me during my time."

Head coach Tony Pulis: "We're delighted to bring such a quality player to the Club.

"We've got a few injuries and knocks at the moment so we're pleased to be able to strengthen the squad.

"Sandro has a great pedigree and will be a good addition to our squad."

Sandro came to England in 2010 when he left Brazilian club Internacional to join Tottenham in a deal reportedly worth £8million.

He spent four years at White Hart Lane, making 81 appearances and scoring three times, before moving across London to Queens Park Rangers in 2014.
