Half Day & Full Day DDR

We have two new and very exciting Day Delegate Rate (DDR) offers for guests to hold meetings at The Hawthorns. 

Half day DDR @ £25 + VAT per person, includes:

• Main meeting room hire (Five hours maximum) 

• Arrival tea, coffee and biscuits

• Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits 

• Sandwiches, nibbles and fruit, or deli bags to take away

• Mineral water 

• Conference pads and pens

Premium full day DDR @ £42 + VAT per person includes:

• Main meeting room hire (between 8am – 6pm) 

• Arrival tea, coffee, orange juice and mini danish pastries or fresh fruit

• Breakfast rolls (vegetarian option also available)

• Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits 

• Two course finger or fork buffet lunch

• Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes or fresh fruit

• Mineral water and sweets

• Conference pads and pens

• A flipchart with pad and pens 

• 6ft tripod screen

• Data projector and screen.

Please note, to be eligible for this offer you need to book a minimum number of guests and numbers vary per suite.
