Albion confirm minute’s silence

Baggies to wear black armbands for Chapecoense

West Bromwich Albion will pay its respects to those who died in the Colombia plane crash with a minute’s silence before Saturday’s game against Watford.

The crash claimed the lives of 71 people, including the players and staff of Brazilian team Chapecoense.

The Baggies will also join all Premier League clubs in wearing black armbands as a mark of respect.

Supporters are asked to arrive early at The Hawthorns in order to observe the minute’s silence.
