Eleven Albion players on international duty

Find out who will be away with their respective nations

The cosmopolitan nature of Albion's first-team squad will be underlined this week as 11 of them jet off to represent their countries.

The Northern Irish trio of Chris Brunt, Gareth McAuley and Chris Baird face a trip to Budapest for a Euro 2016 qualifier against Hungary on September 7, where Brunt will be hoping to extend his record as Albion's most capped international.

Both James Morrison and Graham Dorrans will join up with the Scotland party for their Group D qualifier against world champions Germany in Dortmund on September 7.

Ben Foster, who played in England's most recent game, the 0-0 draw with Costa Rica at the World Cup, will be joining up with Roy Hodgson's squad again for the friendly with Norway at Wembley on September 3 as well as the Euro 2016 qualifier against Switzerland in Basel on September 8.

Saido Berahino is also on England duty, called up for Gareth Southgate's Under-21 squad for their two Euro qualifiers. They play Lithuania in Kaunas on September 5 and Moldova in Tiraspol on September 9.

Jonas Olsson joins up with the Swedish squad, looking to make amends for missing out on the World Cup by making a strong start to Euro 2016 qualifying. They have a friendly with Estonia on September 4 to warm up for the Group G fixture against Austria in Vienna on September 8.

Georgios Samaras is set to team up with the Greek squad as they look to build on their strong performance in Brazil, opening their Euro 2016 campaign with a qualifier against Romania in Piraeus on September 7.

Jason Davidson will be joining up with his Australian colleagues for two games over the next fortnight, against Belgium in Liege on September 4 and Saudi Arabia at Craven Cottage on September 8, as they prepare for the Asia Cup later this year.

Youssouf Mulumbu has two African Cup of Nations qualifiers in prospect for DR Congo, against Cameroon on September 6 and Sierra Leone on September 10.
