Albion U18s beaten by Chelsea

Baggies undone by strong Chelsea side

ALBION suffered a convincing defeat in the Barclays Under-18 Premier League on Saturday as they were beaten 5-0 at Chelsea.

Heavy motorway traffic meant the visitors arrived at Cobham an hour later than planned, with kick-off subsequently delayed.

And the Baggies duly found themselves three-nil down at half-time, with a further two goals added after the interval by the Blues.

Defeat leaves Aaron Danks' side with seven points from their opening five matches of the U18 South Group, just three points adrift of leaders Arsenal.

Albion: Palmer, Fitzwater (Gregory 78'), Hallahan, Gannon, Cleet, Barbir, Scrivens (Pritchatt 72'), Sweeney, Wright, Smith (Miller 59'), Campbell.
Unused subs: Moran, Field.
