Albion Under-21s defeat Villa 4-1
ADIL Nabi scored a sublime hat-trick as Albion Under-21s defeated local rivals Villa 4-1 at The Hawthorns.
Kemar Roofe was also on the scoresheet as Albion’s youngsters rallied after falling behind to earn an impressive win.
It was the visitors who took the lead, Thomas Strain rising highest to head home in the 23rd minute.
But Albion were able to hit back on the stroke of half-time, with Nabi slotting home from inside the six-yard box following good work from Jonathan Leko.
Nabi then produced a delightful pass to release Kemar Roofe, who was on hand to supply a neat finish to put Albion 2-1 ahead in the 70th minute.
Roofe then turned provider for Nabi, who was able to take his time before firing home in the 73rd minute to increase Albion’s lead.
And the same pair were on hand to inflict more misery on Villa, as Nabi headed home a Roofe corner in the 79th minute to secure his treble and Albion's victory.
