‘Keeper says Albion will go back to drawing board
BEN Foster says his side can have no complaints after they were beaten 2-0 at home by Newcastle United yesterday.
Ayoze Perez’s delicate flick in first-half injury time and a Fabricio Coloccini header in the 62nd minute, condemned Alan Irvine’s men to just their second defeat in seven league games.
And Foster admits that Albion will go back to the drawing board, as they prepare for back-to-back matches against Chelsea and Arsenal after the international break.
“We are really disappointed with the result,” said the England man.
“It was a poor performance and there are no complaints from us.
“Fair play to Newcastle, you know what you are going to get from them.
“We will go back to the drawing board, we’ve got a couple of tough games coming up now.
“We have got to work hard to try and get something from those matches.”
