HEAD COACH ALAN IRVINE
Inevitably, we were penned into our own half for long periods because of the quality Chelsea have to add to the one-man advantage, but it was important we stayed in the game in the hope of pulling something back and we did that. To draw praise for our second-half display from Jose Mourinho was recognition of the effort the players put in, and they deserve that credit.
CHRIS BRUNT
You’d expect Arsenal to have a lot of the ball, that’s the way they play, so we need to deal with that and then when we have it, we need to show a lot more attacking threat. We’ve shown we are capable of doing that, especially in the United game here, so we need to show that side of our game as well because some good points would be a real boost heading towards Christmas.
LIAM O’NEIL
I’ve reached that point where I need more experience of games where the results really matter and I think going to Scunthorpe will help me do that. It’s been great to be around the first-team squad but I’m not getting enough football at the moment so I really need the chance that I’m going to get at Scunthorpe.
TONY BROWN
I think the one thing that the statue proved beyond doubt is that history, tradition, the soul of the football club means everything to supporters. The response to the statue, to the magazine, to the stories on the website, it has been fantastic. I really have been besieged by people telling me how much they’ve enjoyed it and that they wish the club would do more of that kind of thing.
All of this and much, much more is yours, including interviews with Darren Moore, Under-18 coach Aaron Danks and FA Cup and League Cup winner John Kaye, a look at Arsenal's ranks as well as your favourite regular features including Halfway There and Six Degrees of Separation.
So get your copy of Albion News and our special Tony Brown tribute magazine from around the ground for just £7! It's a no-brainer!
