Arsenal tickets latest - UPDATE

Important info for all fans attending Capital One Cup tie

ANYONE collecting tickets for tonight's Capital One Cup third-round clash with Arsenal (ko 8pm) is urged to do so before 7pm.

The deadline to purchase tickets online is 3pm on the day of the game.

And fans who book tickets online and choose the 'collection option' MUST bring their confirmation email with them.

Tickets remain on general sale at reduced prices – IF bought online.

Seats bought via www.wbatickets.co.uk cost £15 adults, £10 seniors/under-21s/students and £5 under-17s. The club have again waived the £1 online booking fee for this game.

Tickets bought in person or by phone (0121 227 2227) cost £20 adults, £15 seniors/under-21s/students and £10 under-17s.

Supporters are urged to arrive as early as possible tonight as the East Stand ticket office is expecting to be extremely busy in the build-up to kick-off.

Supporters are also reminded that when purchasing online, the default option is ‘print at home’. Those who have chosen ‘print at home’ but are planning to collect should contact the East Stand box office as soon as possible.

The ticket office will be open until kick-off.

Supporters planning to buy on the night are urged to visit the cash-only ticket kiosks, positioned outside the ground, as their first port of call because they are likely to receive faster service.

The kiosks, which will be open from 6.30pm, sell tickets for specific areas of the stadium.

A kiosk is situated on the Woodman car park (selling Birmingham Road End seats) while another is stationed at the Smethwick End/West Stand corner (selling West Stand seats).

A further kiosk is positioned outside Millennium Corner on the East Stand car park (selling East Stand seats).

Seats are available to home fans in the East and West stands and the Birmingham Road End.

Arsenal have requested the full allocation available to them under competition rules – 15 per cent of capacity – which means the club have granted away supporters the entire Smethwick End.
