Downing makes seven changes at the Lane

MATEJ Vydra is handed his full Barclays Premier League debut as Keith Downing makes seven changes to the side that drew 1-1 with Hull on Saturday.

Craig Dawson makes his first top-flight start of the season and Diego Lugano comes into a re-jigged defence.

Steven Reid, Morgan Amalfitano, Claudio Yacob and Zoltan Gera also return to the Baggies’ starting XI.

The men to make way are benched quintet Gareth McAuley, Chris Brunt, Stephane Sessegnon, Scott Sinclair and Youssouf Mulumbu, while Billy Jones and Shane Long are absent.

Tim Sherwood makes two changes to the Spurs team that beat Southampton 3-2 at the weekend.


Nacer Chadli and Lewis Holtby are elevated from the dugout in place of the benched Erik Lamela and injured Mousa Dembele.
