The Baggies’ last home match of the year against QPR on Monday, December 29 (ko 7:45pm) will again give supporters the chance to pay tribute to their loved ones in the annual ‘Always Albion’ tribute.

Fans who are remembered will appear on the big screens at The Hawthorns, as well as feature in the club's matchday programme - Albion News - for that game.

Further details on the Always Albion Tribute will be confirmed later on this year. 

How to Submit for Always Albion Tribute 2025

Please use the form below to submit your tribute. Submissions sent via email or telephone will not be included in the tribute. 

The club would like to kindly ask supporters to submit tributes from late 2024 and 2025 only, as in the interest of fairness we will not be able to repeat submissions from previous tributes. 

Supporters are reminded to carefully check their submissions for accuracy before completion, and upload the highest quality image they can. If you require assistance with your completing submission, please contact enquiries@wbafc.co.uk 

Due to the high level of submissions, we regretful cannot accept submissions after the deadline outlined below.

Submissions with photos that are not deemed to be of a high enough quality will be included with the name and celebration of life dates only, rather than the name, celebration of life dates and a photograph.
