Albion Reward Cash is a rewards scheme that allows Qualifying Supporters to earn rewards on all Qualifying Purchases purchased from West Bromwich Albion Football Club. The rewards can be redeemed against future Eligible Products (as defined in clause 6) up until the expiry of the Rewards Period (as defined in clause 3).
1. Albion Reward Cash is operated by West Bromwich Albion Football Club Limited (03295063) of The Hawthorns, West Bromwich, West Midlands B71 4LF (the “Club”).
2. Albion Reward Cash is available to the following qualifying supporters:
2.1 21/22 Club Adult Season Ticket Holders;
2.2 21/22 Club Adult Corporate Seasonal Members; and
2.3 21/22 Access All Albion Members
who are resident in the UK and aged 18 years and over
(individually a “Qualifying Supporter” and together the “Qualifying Supporters”).
At the discretion of the Club, from time to time, the Club reserves the right to add and/or remove criteria that need to be met by supporters to be eligible to earn Albion Rewards Cash and are therefore a Qualifying Supporter.
3 Subject to these terms and conditions, Albion Reward Cash will be awarded to a Qualifying Supporter when they purchase a Qualifying Purchase between 28 July 2021 and the last game of the Club’s 2021/22 league season (the “Rewards Period”). A Qualifying Purchase and the amount that can be earned by a Qualifying Supporter on such purchase is as follows:

Other products/services may be added to and/or removed from the list of Qualifying Purchases from time to time at the discretion of the Club. Where a product is not identified as a Qualifying Purchase it will not be eligible for Albion Reward Cash. At the discretion of the Club, the amount of Albion Rewards Cash earned in respect of Qualifying Purchases may vary from time to time.
Where a Qualifying Supporter meets more than one of the criteria to be a Qualifying Supporter (for example for illustrative purposes they are a 21/22 Club Adult Season Ticket Holder and a 21/22 Club Adult Corporate Seasonal Member) then such Qualifying Supporter will only earn Albion Reward Cash once on a Qualifying Purchase (i.e. if the Qualifying Supporter in the example used in this paragraph bought a general admission Club home match ticket that is a Qualifying Purchase they would earn 5% Albion Reward Cash and not two times 5%).
Points to note in respect of a Qualifying Supporter purchasing Qualifying Purchases on behalf of other Club supporters:
• Albion Reward Cash can only be earned by a Qualifying Supporter. If, for illustrative purposes only, a Qualifying Supporter purchases three away travel passes; one for themselves, one for another Qualifying Supporter and one that is not a Qualifying Supporter. If the purchasing Qualifying Supporter allocates at the point of purchase an away travel pass to the other Qualifying Supporter using the purchaser’s Club Friends & Family list then each of the Qualifying Supporters will receive 5% Albion Reward Cash in respect of their away pass only, and no Albion Rewards Cash will be earned on the third away travel pass purchased for the non Qualifying Supporter.
• Albion Reward Cash can only be earned on one ticket per Qualifying Supporter. If for example a Qualifying Supporter buys two Club home match tickets and does not allocate at the point of purchase the second ticket to another Qualifying Supporter using the purchaser’s Club Friends & Family list they will earn 5% on the value of one ticket allocated to themselves and not on the two tickets purchased.
4 To receive Albion Reward Cash, Qualifying Supporters must ensure that where the Qualifying Purchase is bought (1) online that their Qualifying Purchase is linked to their Customer ID number and their My Albion Online Account or (2) in a Club store they present their Membership card at the point of purchase. A failure to comply with this clause 4 will mean that Albion Reward Cash will not be awarded to the Qualifying Supporter for that purchase. No Albion Reward Cash will be awarded retrospectively.
5 Albion Reward Cash will be earned only on the value of the relevant Qualifying Purchase and excludes postage and packaging fees, transaction fees, purchase of carrier bags and the purchase of any other products/services that are not Qualifying Purchases (as applicable).
6 A Qualifying Supporter can redeem their Albion Reward Cash against:
6.1 Club retail purchases that fall within specific promotions made in the Stadium Megastore or online at shop.wba.co.uk as notified to Qualifying Supporters from time to time (“Retail Products”). Supporters will be notified either via email and/or as published on wba.co.uk when they are able to redeem their available Albion Reward Cash and on what products;
(individually an “Eligible Product” and together the “Eligible Products”).
7 At the discretion of the Club, it may remove and exclude items from the list of Eligible Products from time to time.
8 The Club reserves the right to run promotions at any time offering increased earning rates on all or certain Eligible Products.
9 Qualifying Supporters cannot combine Albion Reward Cash from multiple accounts to use in one transaction.
10 The Club is not responsible for any losses that are incurred by any Qualifying Supporter and/or any third party as a result of a Qualifying Supporter attributing their purchase to another Qualifying Supporter.
11 Albion Reward Cash awarded to a Qualifying Supporter will be allocated as pending and released to be redeemed as following:
General admission Club 1st team home match tickets (this includes League, League Cup, FA Cup and Friendly matches) |

At the discretion of the Club, it may amend the time periods set out above and/or implement different time periods where new Eligible Products are introduced.
12 If the Club provides a Qualifying Supporter with a refund in respect of a Qualifying Purchase that was part or fully funded by Albion Reward Cash the amount of Albion Reward Cash that was redeemed as part of the transaction will be returned as Albion Reward Cash to the relevant Qualifying Supporter’s My Albion Online account and will not be refunded as currency.
13 All Club 21/22 Adult Season Ticket Holders, Club 21/22 Corporate Seasonal Members and Club 21/22 Access All Albion Members will automatically receive a one off £5 Albion Reward Cash credit to their My Albion Online Account (the “£5 Award”) upon them successfully purchasing their applicable Club season ticket, corporate seasonal membership or membership. The £5 Award will be available to redeem on the later of (1) 30 days after the relevant purchase or (2) 28th July 2021. Only one £5 Award will be provided to an eligible Qualifying Supporter except that if a supporter purchases a Club 21/22 Adult Season Ticket and a Club 21/22 Corporate Seasonal Membership then they will receive two £5 Awards (i.e. £10 Albion Cash Rewards in total).
14 Qualifying Supporters will be able to view their Albion Reward Cash balances in their My Albion Single Sign On Account which can be accessed at login.wba.co.uk or in the account section of the official West Bromwich Albion app. Supporters must log into the app with their My Albion Single Sign On details to view this information in-app. Available balances can be viewed in My Albion Accounts on wba.co.uk and app or when logging in using a My Albion Single Sign On account at tickets.wba.co.uk or shop.wba.co.uk. The Club will communicate supporters’ balances in a monthly statement email sent to the email address registered to the membership. Supporters must be opted in to receive emails from the Club to receive this communication. Supporters can query their balances by contacting myalbion@wbafc.co.uk or calling the Ticket Office on 0121 227 2227. The Club reserves the right to correct errors, including those made in monthly statements or by members of staff when confirming supporters’ balances. The Club shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any losses caused by such errors.
15 Albion Reward Cash, in whatever form, is issued by and remains the property of the Club and has no cash value. Albion Reward Cash cannot be transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. At no time can Albion Rewards Cash be exchanged for actual currency.
16 Qualifying Supporters can earn a maximum of £200 Albion Reward Cash during the Rewards Period. If a Qualifying Supporter earns such maximum amount they will not receive any further Albion Reward Cash on any Qualifying Purchases or otherwise from that date until the expiry of the relevant Rewards Period. Any unredeemed Albion Reward Cash will expire on 30th June 2022 and cannot be carried over to any other season or rewards period.
17 The amount of Albion Reward Cash awarded may change from time to time and may vary depending on the Qualifying Purchase bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place. From time to time, the Club may set a limit on the amount of Albion Reward Cash that can be redeemed against purchases of Eligible Products in a single transaction or otherwise. The Club may set a limit on the number of times Albion Reward Cash may be awarded for promotional items. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be considered as abuse of this scheme.
18 The Club may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Albion Reward Cash, in whatever form, at any time in respect of a transaction where there is reasonable belief that the Albion Reward Cash was collected in breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions; or, was awarded in error; or, where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the Albion Reward Cash scheme; or, where there is behaviour relating to the Club that involves supplying false or misleading information, misconduct, theft, abusive or offensive behaviour.
19 The Club is under no obligation to award Albion Rewards Cash for any reason outside of Qualifying Purchases.
20 Albion Cash Rewards are for personal and consumer use only. No Albion Rewards Cash will be awarded where purchases are made for business purposes or as part of a business transaction; and if they are found to be for whatever reason such Albion Rewards Cash will be cancelled. Where Albion Rewards Cash have been redeemed contrary to these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) then the Club reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate to recover any losses (including all costs) it suffers as a result.
21 The Club may, at any time on providing notice, withdraw/terminate the Albion Rewards Cash scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme. Where the Albion Rewards Cash scheme is withdrawn/terminated, Qualifying Supporters will forfeit the right to any Albion Rewards Cash already accrued or issued that are not redeemed prior to such termination.
22 The Qualifying Supporter’s membership Stilecard, My Albion Single Sign On Account and the Albion Rewards Cash awarded to a Qualifying Supporter remains the responsibility of the applicable Qualifying Supporter, as do any security details relating to the account where the Albion Rewards Cash is stored and redeemed from. The Club cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from any Qualifying Supporter failing to ensure the safe-keeping of these items.
23 Qualifying Supporters must ensure they have registered their personal details with the Club on their My Albion Single Sign On Account and keep the Club informed of any changes by updating that account. The Club cannot be held responsible for any loss of Albion Reward Cash incurred as a result of out of date details.
24 Qualifying Supporters can choose to leave the Albion Rewards scheme at any time. By leaving the Albion Rewards scheme Qualifying Supporters forfeit the right to any Albion Rewards Cash already accrued or issued.
25 Albion Cash Rewards can only be redeemed once and only by the Qualifying Supporter who was awarded the relevant Albion Cash Reward.
26 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
27 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
28 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. The Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, at any time, on reasonable notice. Where the terms and conditions are altered, the Club shall have no liability to any Qualifying Supporter as a result of such changes. Qualifying Supporters who continue to participate in the Albion Cash Rewards scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.
