Grow Our Own | Arlo's Legacy Leaders Journey

Using the power of Premier League Kicks, the Foundation’s community engagement programme for young people, The Albion Foundation launched a Legacy Leaders initiative to create the next generation of community figures.

Since its relaunch at the beginning of the academic year, the Community Engagement team hand-picking participants from Premier League Kicks sessions who they feel could become a Foundation staff member of the future.
