Who is Maple?
We are a family run, independent, company in Dudley, West Midlands, and have been trading since 1982. Maple originally started out as a tool hire company and was a specialist supplier to the steel, building, and DIY markets. However, as time progressed so did Maple, and we moved into tool sales, bottle gas supply and transport in the late 1980s. In 1994 Maple moved to different larger premises and continued to grow expanding our staff and diversifying in our ranges. Later that year we became involved in workwear and PPE supply. The business continued to grow and in 2005 we built our own purpose-built building in Chapel Street, Netherton, Dudley. In 2009 we bought our own embroidery and print machines, and all workwear is now embroidered/printed in house which has enabled us to be very competitive, with fast turnaround times, and able to be fulfil large and small orders. Since then, we have continued to grow as a company, working with businesses, and the public to create everything from corporate uniform and branded PPE, to team kits and hen night t-shirts!
