The Hawthorns will be hosting a Covid-19 vaccination pop-up clinic from 10am until 4pm on Friday, December 17.
You can get your first, second or booster jab and no appointment is necessary. The Pfizer vaccine is on offer and you must be 12 or over to be eligible.
The clinic will operate on the East Stand concourse, with parking available in the main East Stand car park.
You don’t need to know your NHS number or be registered with a GP, just remember to bring your vaccine card if you’ve already had a first dose.
