Albion are making good progress processing refunds to supporters who purchased match tickets for the remaining fixtures of the 2019-20 season.
As outlined in the Club’s statement last week, tickets purchased by card either online or by phone will be refunded onto the same card.
We are advised that you should allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be credited to your account.
Tickets purchased in person at the ticket office, either by cash or card, will be refunded by cheque.
Can we remind supporters that refunds are being processed on a match-by-match basis as opposed to a single payment covering all ticket purchases.
The Club has yet to confirm a decision relating to season tickets for the 2019/20 season while we await further information from the EFL as to how and when the campaign will be concluded.
