Dara O’Shea has capped off an exceptional breakthrough season at The Hawthorns by winning the Puma Young Player of the Season award.
The Dubliner was a regular starter in the second half of the campaign and delivered a series of impressive and solid displays for Slaven Bilic’s side as they secured promotion to the Premier League.
O’Shea made 21 appearances in all competitions during the 2019/20 season, scoring crucial goals against Millwall and Derby before adding a third at Huddersfield in July.
The 21-year-old, described by Bilic as the “present and future of West Bromwich Albion”, made his Albion first-team debut, scored his first Albion goal, won promotion to the Premier League and bagged the Puma Young Player of the Season all in his first senior campaign at the Club.
Congratulations, Dara!
