The Albion Foundation’s coaching pathway, along with a partnership with the University of South Wales, has given young coaches the platform to succeed.
Dejon Hylton, a Community Coach at the Foundation, studied a degree in Community Football Coaching Development and Administration at the University of South Wales whilst working as a Casual Coach with the charity.
After graduating, he became a Community Coach with Albion's charitable arm, and is now involved in a variety of schemes, projects and programmes that the Foundation offers.
