Become a Game Changer and gain valuable volunteering experience.
The Albion Foundation initiative aims to upskill and encourage volunteers and junior staff to broaden their opportunities through practical workshops on a variety of different coaching areas and mentorships.
Applicants aged 16 and above are welcome to apply, partaking in voluntary work with the Foundation and future paid work opportunities with the charity.
The 12-month course will hold a mixture of half-termly theory and practical based workshops, guest speakers and in-situ visits where you will work alongside Foundation staff in a constructive manner to build session ideas and enhance personal development.
Continual support is offered throughout the programme to help build delivery confidence.
Further opportunities are available through the project as those who impress will have the chance to be involved in a peer mentorship programme and an international trip.
