Birmingham Half Marathon 2019

Make a difference in the local community by supporting The Albion Foundation at the Simplyhealth Great Birmingham Run.

The half marathon provides a stiff challenge for avid runners, as well as a chance to get active for novices, with the opportunity to join a group of Foundation fundraisers including the inspirational ‘Blind Dave’ Heeley.

The 13.1 mile course starts and finishes in the heart of Birmingham and will take in some of the city’s best-known landmarks such as Bournville, Cannon Hill Park, Edgbaston Stadium & Digbeth.

All finishers receive a medal, tee-shirt and goodie bag, so set yourself a challenge and be part of the charity’s team on Sunday, October 13.

The Foundation has a limited number of free registration spaces on a first come, first served basis. To join the team, you will need to commit to raising a minimum of £100 in sponsorship.

To claim your free space or for more information about running for the charity, please email jonathan.ward@albionfoundation.co.uk.

After all the free slots have been filled, there is still opportunity to run in the race and raise funds for the Foundation. You can register by clicking here.

Good luck to all runners!
