Moore points to 'honest' dressing room

HAVING an "open and honest" group is an important ingredient of success, according to Albion Head Coach Darren Moore.

The Baggies are without a win in three Sky Bet Championship games as the squad prepare for the latest hurdle in their promotion mission at Hull City.

But Moore is confident that "wonderful characters" will help him rediscover the form that saw his side reach the summit of the league table in September.

"It's an open dressing room," he said.

"It's a beautiful thing to see, the openness, the honesty they have with one another.

"I like to think they keep each other sharp in terms of who they are as characters.

"There's a good group cohesion - most of the time they do the talking amongst themselves which is good.

"We feel that we can share our thoughts as a group.

"There are some wonderful characters in there, a good mix.

"We've got some good, solid professionals but also some of the younger generation coming through - honest boys.

"They bounce off one another and it's what we want at the Albion. They're only getting stronger as the weeks go by.

"Long may that continue."
