Kenya fix it? Yes we can!

Want to help change lives and enjoy an amazing experience?

The Albion Foundation, along with African Adventures, is calling on Albion fans to come forward and spend a life-changing week working on community projects in developing areas of south-western Kenya next year.

Last year, 21 Albion fans joined our Foundation in sub-Saharan Africa, both helping local communities on a variety of important projects as well as enjoying a remarkable holiday too.

But in May 2015, the Foundation is looking to take even more supporters out there in a trip that has an additional benefit closer to home as we look to raise around £20,000 for the Albion Foundation, a registered charity (number 1081948), helping it to continue its great work in and around the local area.

The Foundation is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic people to help in a variety of roles including football coaching, building work, teaching in schools and community work with children as it looks to to improve the lives of these Kenyan communities.

And don’t worry if you don’t have any specific qualifications because you will be provided with all necessary training prior to the departure date.

As well as helping the local communities, those going on the trip will be able to experience an incredible Rift Valley Adventure Day, a three-part adventure day that includes a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru Safari Park, a stop off at the Earth’s equator and an adventure trail at Thomson Falls near Nyahururu.

To be a part of this great opportunity, fans are asked to raise approximately £2,250 each. The Albion Foundation will be holding a number of fundraising events to help raise awareness of the trip and to assist participants raise the required amount.

The trip will be launched on Tuesday, October 7 at 7pm at The Hawthorns, giving anyone interested the chance to get further information and ask any questions.

If you are interested in representing The Albion Foundation and wish to attend on October 7, please contact ben.pollard@albionfoundation.co.uk to book your seat.

Do something amazing this year and volunteer for our African Adventure.
