Inspire Coach – Triple A
Salary Range - £16,000 - £19,000
Contract – one year in the first instance
The Albion Foundation (registered Charity 1081948) is an established and successful provider of Sports and Education programmes.
The role:
Reporting to the Head Coach – Triple A the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Coordinating and delivering The Albion Foundation’s Triple A programme and developing attendance raising activities including:
Using the kudos of West Bromwich Albion Football Club to raise attendance, attainment and achievement
Delivering Triple A at The Phoenix Collegiate for two and a half days per week
Delivering Triple A at Bristnall Hall Academy for two days per week
Developing, coordinating and delivering sport-based curriculum, out of curriculum, evening centre and holiday programmes across both school sites.
Implementing a rewards and incentives programme
Ensuring all activity is financially viable
Contributing to the sustainability of these programmes through quality high impacting delivery
You:
Will have a proven track record of working with a range of young people in either an alternative environment or a school environment
Will have a passion for raising attendance within a community setting to a range of ages and abilities
Will be highly skilled in using different evaluation techniques to demonstrate the impact you make
Will be confident and experienced to work within a variety of different teams across two secondary schools
Will ensure that your understanding of budgeting results in financially viable programmes
Will understand how the kudos of ‘West Bromwich Albion FC’ can ‘inspire to achieve’.
