Administrator – with responsibility for Website & Marketing (full time)
£14,000 - £16,000
The Albion Foundation (registered Charity 1081948) is an established and successful provider of Sports and Education programmes.
The role:
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Website:
-Content management of website using WordPress
-Maintaining the online booking system
-Monitor and update all social media sites associated with Foundation ie Twitter
-Quality assure all content on website
-Advise on website development ensuring site is user friendly and inspiring
-Maintain on going system for collating information from departments for website
-Ensure marketing of all Foundation products
-Monitor all payments made through site for bookings and liaise with administrator responsible for camp bookings
-Liaise with FC staff on club website updates
Marketing:
-Update and maintain marketing database (CRM)
-Perform data cleansing activities
-Work closely with all department managers to ensure effective marketing of The Albion
Foundation products:
-Maintain on going system for collating information from departments for promotional material
-Quality assure all marketing material in line with The Albion Foundation Marketing policy
-Use CRM system to produce eComms as and when required
-Produce reports from CRM system as and when required
-Liaise with FC staff on CRM updates and sharing of information
IT:
-Maintain CRM database, ensuring all information is accurately input
-Maintain VIEWS (Premier League monitoring system) as and when required
-Perform regular data cleansing activities
Administration:
-Responsible for collating Monitoring & Evaluation information and updating Substance (Views) database and other Monitoring & Evaluation tools for all departments
-Photocopying, filing paperwork,
-Support the overall administration function as designated by the Administration Supervisor
