Gifted forward Mariam Mahmood is a product of the Baggies academy, and was promoted to the first-team set-up in 2021.

‘Maz’, as she’s known amongst supporters and her teammates, was sent on loan to Kewford Eagles prior to her progression into the senior team.

Mahmood made her way to the top of the Albion scoring ranks in 2022/23 - and soon made a difference to the side following Siobhan Hodgetts-Still’s appointment. The head coach used to guide Maz during her time in the Emerging Talent Centre.

She scored seven goals in all competitions in 2023/24 and will hope to further her goalscoring efforts after overcoming her battles with injury towards the end of the last campaign and over the summer.
