On Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21, 2024, join us for an extra special event as - for the first time ever - you can zipwire across The Hawthorns.
Select a morning or afternoon slot on either day and you’ll be welcomed into the stadium at the Smethwick Corner Entrance and escorted through to the home dressing room for a photo with Baggie Bird. You’ll then make your way to the tunnel to be harnessed in before walking to the top of the Birmingham Road Stand.
From there you will zipwire across the stadium to the Millennium Corner, and then receive your exclusive participant’s medal.
There are limited spaces available at £40 each, and you can add a limited edition T-Shirt to your booking for £15. On the day you will also be able to purchase a commemorative photograph of your once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We are working with Big Bang Promotions to deliver the event so rest assured all safety measures have been taken and you’ll be in good hands. Please note that you cannot take part if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs or under 11 years old. The minimum weight to take part is 34kg (5 stone 5 lbs) and the maximum weight is 120 kg (18 stone 12 lbs) and glasses and hard contact lenses cannot be worn.
Participants aged 15 years and under require a parent or guardian to be present and to sign permission and a non-standard waiver for them to take part. The harness will fit waist size of 40cm (15.7 inches) to 125cm (49.2 inches).
If any of the following apply to you, you must seek professional medical advice before participating and sign a non-standard waiver.
- Aged 50 years or above.
- High blood pressure
- Heart condition
- Suffer from dizziness or epilepsy.
- Damage to neck, back, spinal column, legs or eyes
- Asthma
- Prescribed Medication, this must be disclosed at registration to inform us of how this may affect you.
Big Bang Promotions reserve the right to prevent any participant from taking part in the activity if they deem them unfit to partake.
