Kyle Edwards has taken up Romaine Sawyers’ offer of a FIFA face-off after being challenged by the No.19 on Twitter.
The Baggies duo are set to swap the pressures of the normal game for the pressures of the virtual world when they go head-to-head on Thursday afternoon.
The fixture has been arranged following Kyle’s answer to a question in our “101 Questions” feature in which he said the Albion man he’d most like to face on FIFA would be Romaine so he could “win just to hold it over him and not let him forget about it”.
Sawyers was quick to call Kyle out and offered him the chance to put his money where his mouth is.
The pair took part in a tongue-in-cheek press conference via Zoom on Wednesday afternoon ahead of Thursday’s showdown, with lighthearted insult after insult hurled from one Baggie to the other.
