Hit the back of the net for free and make friends along the way with the Open Goals programme.
The Albion Foundation initiative is funded by the Premier League and Sport England to enable football for all without spending a penny.
“It’s about getting adults playing sport again, enjoying sports as much as possible,” said Katie Grainger, Open Goals Lead for the Foundation.
No-cost football is also available for children to ensure that parents can still get their fix without concerning themselves with childcare.
The sessions have proved a hit and regular attendee, Alice Langley, has been singing the project’s praises.
“To be able to have a session within the week that doesn’t cost anything, that’s perfect,” said Alice.
