Supporters can exchange their retained match ticket for the equivalent of a £5 gift voucher in The Hawthorns Megastore and the Club apologises for any inconvenience incurred.
The game will be played at Ciudad Deportiva Camilo Cano just a few miles from the centre of Benidorm.
