Loan action for young Baggies

25 February 2019

Several of Albion's youngsters played for their loan clubs over the weekend.

Oliver Burke came on as a late substitute and scored an injury time goal for Celtic to round off a 4-1 victory against Motherwell - hitting the net for the fourth time since he joined the Scottish champions in January.

Devon duo Dara O'Shea and Kane Wilson both played the entirety of Exeter City's 2-1 win at Crewe Alexandra which lifted the Grecians back into the play-off places.

Callum Morton was unable to prevent Braintree Town from losing 1-0 to Aldershot Town and Sam Wilding couldn't prevent Leamington from falling to a 1-0 defeat against Spennymoor Town despite both players managing 90 minutes.

Nick Clayton-Phillips was subbed at half-time as Kidderminster Harriers drew 3-3 at Blyth Spartans, whilst Alex Bradley came on for the final moments of Burton Albion's 1-0 loss against Fleetwood Town.
