Slaven Bilić ended a day of frustration for Albion at Derby with a big thank you to the special backing from the 2,300 Baggies fans.
The Albion faithful backed his team’s determined performance which saw them claim a fully deserved point amid refereeing controversies from an eventful contest played in blistering heat.
And after the fans gave his players a great reception at the finish, the Baggies boss said: “Our fans were brilliant today.
“You can hear them, you can see them and you can feel them.
“They were like our 12th man on the pitch today.
“That is a massive help for any team and they were a massive help for us today.
“It’s their point today and I thank them.”
