Albion internationals set for action

ALBION's clutch of internationals will be off to represent their nations when the Sky Bet Championship programme reaches its November break this weekend.

Matt Phillips will turn out for Scotland in games against Albania (November 17) and Israel (November 20), with Ahmed Hegazi called up for Egypt's AFCON qualifier against Tunisia (November 16).

Harvey Barnes is again on duty for England's U21s, who have two fixtures on mainland Europe against Italy (November 15) in Ferrara and then Denmark (November 20) at the Blue Water Arena, Esberg.

At Under 20 level, both Sam Field and Kyle Edwards have been selected for their clash against Germany on Monday, November 19 at the Jobserve Community Stadium in Colchester. That's a 7pm kick-off for any Baggies fans who want to see how they get on.

And Rekeem Harper is in for a busy time after being named in the England under-19 squad for the UEFA Championship qualifiers.

Their schedule pits them against Moldova (November 14), Iceland (November 17) and Turkey (November 20) with all fixtures being played at the Arslan Zeki Demirci Sports Complex, Manavgat in Turkey.

Elsewhere in our Academy age groups, there is a call up for Louie Barry and Mackenzie Lamb to join the Republic of Ireland's Under 16 Victory Shield camp while Adam Przybek is with the Welsh U19s for UEFA tournament duty.

Rayhaan Tulloch has been called up for England U18s while the exciting potential of Josh Griffiths has been recognised by England who have called him into their Men's Development camp.
