Foster and Nyom go back to school

BEN Foster and Allan Nyom have spent an afternoon with the pupils of St Clare’s Primary School in Birmingham as part of the Premier League ‘Primary Stars’ initiative.

Primary Stars provides free and flexible teaching resources for schools. And, working with The Albion Foundation, it reaches out to faculties in the local area to inspire children to learn, be active and develop important life skills.

Nine different languages were spoken in the classroom in which the Baggies stars found themselves, even without counting Allan's outstanding level of English, French, German and Spanish.

St Clare's may be a Roman Catholic school but the children are from different faiths and backgrounds. The multicultural spread of pupils is clear for all to see.

It's an accurate representation of the diverse communities in areas surrounding West Bromwich, as well as the Albion team itself.

"I've learned a lot. It was a great experience," said fan-favourite Nyom.

"The children are very nice, friendly and I've learned a lot from them."
