Customers asked to return product due to defect
WEST Bromwich Albion is recalling all crest LED lights due to a defect.
The Club has taken the decision after a technical issue with a small number of the lights (pictured below) was highlighted.
Customers can return the product in person to either the Merry Hill Store or the Stadium Megastore, where they will receive a full refund.
If you would like to return the product via mail, or if you have any queries regarding the recall, please contact the Club’s retail department on 0871 271 9795.
We strongly advise customers to no longer use this product.
The Club would like to apologise for any inconvenience this has caused customers.
