LOAN WATCH: Young Baggies in action over weekend

Roberts, Howkins, Campbell and Ward all feature

ALBION loanee Tyler Roberts again stepped off the bench to help Oxford United record their first victory back in League One.

The youngster was a 68th-minute substitute in a last-gasp 2-1 win over Peterborough United as the U's, promoted from League Two last season, celebrated all three points.

It was Roberts' fifth loan outing of the 2016/17 season to date.

In League Two, centre-back Kyle Howkins completed 90 minutes as Mansfield Town suffered their first defeat of the campaign, going down 2-0 at Plymouth Argyle.

Striker Tahvon Campbell was a 64th-minute for Yeovil Town in their 1-0 home reverse to league leaders Morecambe.

Callam Jones, meanwhile, was an unused substitute for Accrington Stanley as they slipped to a 2-1 loss against Exeter City.

In the National League, newly-signed Joe Ward made his Torquay debut off the bench in the 79th minute as the Gulls slipped to a 1-0 defeat at North Ferriby United.

Ethan Ross, meanwhile, was an unused sub for Worcester City in their 1-1 draw against FC United of Manchester.
