Gamboa and Blanco start against Tigers

Eleven changes from Spurs victory

CRISTIAN Gamboa and Sebastian Blanco have been handed their full debuts for Albion in tonight’s Capital One Cup third-round tie at home to Hull (ko 8pm).

Costa Rica international Gamboa has made three substitute appearances for the Baggies to date while fellow summer signing Blanco also appeared off the bench against Everton.

Academy graduate Liam O’Neil is another starter against the Tigers – his first involvement of the season – in what is 11 changes from Sunday’s 1-0 Barclays Premier League victory at Tottenham.

Silvestre Varela is also included in head coach Alan Irvine’s matchday 18 for the first time since his summer loan switch from FC Porto, starting on the bench alongside Adil Nabi.
