Full round-up of Albion’s loanees

JACK Rose collected the man-of-the-match award for Accrington Stanley as they lost 1-0 at Carlisle in League Two on Saturday.

The 19-year-old who was playing just his second senior game made a string of fine saves at Brunton Park, but was unable to prevent Stanley suffering a defeat in Cumbria.

Kemar Roofe came on as an 80th minute substitute for Colchester United on Friday night as they lost 3-2 at Barnsley in League One.

The forward was introduced as the U’s went in search of an equaliser at Oakwell, and he caught the eye with some teasing crosses from wide areas.

Liam O’Neil officially starts at League One Scunthorpe United today, and will hope to be involved for the Iron’s trip to Crawley Town on Saturday.

Donervon Daniels’ Blackpool had no Championship game this weekend due to the international break. The Seasiders are back in action at home to Bolton Wanderers on Saturday.
